China has created two new countries one of them reportedly on a large part of India that China occupied illegally in the aai Chin Chinese local media has reported that the government of Northwest China's shinjang Ur autonomous region has announced the establishment of the counties hian County and hiang which has been approved by the Central Committee of the Communist party and the state Council now hian county is created on 38,000 square kmers of area that China has illegally occupied in aiin and this comes just 10 days after the special representatives of both the Nations met in Beijing and restarted the boundary negotiations the first after the military standoff in eastern ladak in 2020 where both India and China suffered casualties India has not officially reacted to this development but as per reports New Delhi has said that such unilateral moves by China will not affect the bilateral negotiations to resolve the boundary dispute India and China have reached a deal on non-hostile patrolling along the line of actual control and this was the first time since the galban valley Clash that the two Nations returned back to their original posts the two sides initially started border talks in 20 in 2003 and reached an agreement in 2005 on political parameters and guiding principles for settlement of the boundary question between the two countries article 3 of the 2005 agreement says both sides should in spirit of mutual respect and mutual understanding make meaningful and mutually acceptable adjustments to their respective positions on the boundary so as to arrive at a package settlement to the boundary question
